I like thisAdd_note-0cb6e006c1171f496d56b8289f4c1eef

Both sentences sound unnatural. English speakers would phrase each question differently:

A) How often do you get to see Mr. Brown?
B) How often do you meet up with Mr. Brown?

Someone could ask the following questions, but they're not very neutral:

C) How often does Mr. Brown get to see you?
D) How often does Mr. Brown meet up with you?

Sentence C) makes it sound like the listener is reluctant to see Mr. Brown. The person asking the question sounds concerned because it seems like Mr. Brown wants to see the listener more often.

Sentence D) makes it sound like the person asking the question is suspicious of Mr. Brown's intentions. It sounds like he either doesn't want to meet the listener, or that he's meeting up with the listener too often.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

どうも、どっちの文章もおかしいらしくて(笑)。

普通はAとBのように話すらしい。

seeとmeetは意思の有無かな。

うーん、難しいね。
